Whether you are having a team meeting, a board meeting for a select number of people or a large-scale seminar or conference, we have the rooms and the resources to facilitate this for you.
We have meeting facilities in both the museum and the manor house. In terms of atmosphere, the rooms are decorated in such a way that you will always feel at ease and be able to have a very productive day. Meetings at Voorlinden are always combined with a visit to the museum. It is also possible to arrange a guided tour of the museum on the day of your meeting. End the day with drinks and/or a private dinner.

Restaurant
Voorlinden’s restaurant is located in the manor house next to the museum. In the manor house, we welcome you for lunch, reception or dinner. Our chef prepares seasonally changing dishes, which are specially prepared for your group of guests. Seven meeting rooms are located on the first floor. The rooms are standard equipped with Wi-Fi. On request we can provide a flip chart and/or a beamer with screen.

Museum
Book a guided tour of the museum and see all modern and contemporary art. Would you like to rent the museum exclusively? We are happy to welcome you before or after the regular opening hours of the museum.
Twilight Experience
Admire the light programme in James Turrell’s Skyspace during sunrise and sunset in the months of February, March, October and November. The Twilight Experience is by appointment only. Please contact us through event@voorlinden.nl to schedule this experience.

Safari tent
During the summer months, you will find a luxury safari tent next to the museum. Not only do several Voorlinden events take place here, but you can also organise your event in this tent. Celebrate your staff party, anniversary or drinks reception here from May to the end of September. We will be happy to think up a customised programme for you.
